FASHIONPHILE offers a 15-day return window for items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring you find the perfect luxury piece for your collection. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your FASHIONPHILE account, navigate to 'Order History', and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization.

• 2.
  Secure the Tags

  Ensure the FASHIONPHILE blue security tag remains attached to the item; removal of this tag will void the eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the item in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop off the package at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once your return is received and passes our rigorous authenticity and condition inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
